About me
My name is Mirjam Grünholz and I'm an Environmental Social Scientist working on solid waste management, circular economy and climate change mitigation.
I spent a year with the Swiss Red Cross in Bangladesh to work on waste management in and around the Rohingya refugee camp as well as in an informal settlement in Gazipur City Corporation.
I hold a Master of Advanced Studies in Sustainable Development and Global Cooperation from NADEL, ETH Zürich and a Master in Comparative and International Studies, also from ETH Zürich.
Previously, I worked in research, the public and the NGO sector.
I am passionate about combining social and environmental sciences and data analysis to contribute to a more holistic and caring society.
